Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 2 boxes Stove Top Stuffing Can use homemade leftovers
  • 2 pieces Eggs Whisked
  • 1/4 cup Chicken Stock Adds moisture and depth
  • as needed spray Pan Spray For crispy exterior

Method

Prepare the Stuffing
  1. Prepare the Stove Top stuffing according to the package instructions, usually involving boiling water and mixing the stuffing until it absorbs the liquid. Spread it out in a pan and cool completely for about 30 minutes.
Mix Ingredients
  1. Transfer cooled stuffing to a mixing bowl. Add whisked eggs and chicken stock, and mix until thoroughly combined.
Form the Waffles
  1. Shape the mixture into 8 equal-sized balls, about 1/3 cup each, packing the stuffing tightly. Preheat your waffle maker and spray it with pan spray. Press the stuffing ball into the bottom of the waffle maker.
Cook the Waffles
  1. Close the waffle maker and hold down for about 15 seconds. Continue to cook until the waffles are crispy and golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Transfer to a cooling rack.
Reheat as Needed
  1. Reheat the waffles in an air fryer or oven at 400°F for about 5 minutes until golden and crispy.

Notes

Make ahead by preparing the stuffing a day before. Herb boosts can enhance flavor; consider adding fresh herbs. For a cheesy option, incorporate shredded cheese into the mixture.
