Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat the Air Fryer to high at 240°C (approximately 464°F).
  2. Dice the salmon into medium-sized cubes, aiming for about three pieces per fillet. Season with salt.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the mango chutney and chipotle paste until well-blended. Pour over the seasoned salmon, ensuring each piece is coated.
Cooking
  1. Transfer the pan with salmon into the air fryer. Cook for 6-8 minutes or until fully cooked, basting with excess marinade halfway through.
  2. While the salmon cooks, thinly slice the Hispi cabbage and red onion. Toss in a bowl with salt and lime juice, then add chopped dill.
  3. Thinly slice the Scotch Bonnet chili and season with salt and lime juice.
  4. Warm the corn tortillas as per package instructions until soft.
Assembly
  1. Remove the salmon from the air fryer and flake into smaller pieces if desired. Begin assembling the tacos with the tortilla, topped with sour cream, salmon, slaw, sliced chili, spring onion, and radishes.
Serving
  1. Enjoy while warm and appreciate the vibrant textures and flavors.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider marinating the salmon for an hour before cooking. Use fresh, high-quality ingredients. Adjust spice levels as needed.
