Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 3 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts The star of the dish, these juicy breasts absorb flavors beautifully.
  • 1 tablespoon ranch dressing mix Adds a burst of creamy, tangy flavor.
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise Acts as a binding agent to keep the chicken moist.
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese Provides a crispy, golden crust.
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed Adds depth and a savory touch.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F.
  2. Using paper towels, gently dab the chicken breasts dry and cut each breast in half lengthwise.
  3. Pound the chicken cutlets until they are of uniform thickness for even cooking.
Mixing the Sauce
  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ranch dressing mix, grated parmesan cheese, and crushed garlic. Stir until well blended.
Cooking
  1. Spread the sauce generously over the tops of the chicken cutlets.
  2. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the coated chicken cutlets inside, ensuring space between them.
  3. Cook for 12-15 minutes, checking that the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  4. Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for about 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in ranch dressing mix for a few hours. Consider adding smoked paprika or cayenne pepper for heat, or dried parsley or dill for an herby touch. Ensure the chicken pieces do not overlap in the air fryer for even cooking.
