Seasoning

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Rinse the fingerling potatoes thoroughly and dry them off with a towel. Trim damaged parts and slice them in half lengthwise.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, 1/4 teaspoon of kosher salt, and lemon pepper seasoning. Toss the potatoes until well coated.
Cooking
  1. Lightly coat the air fryer basket with oil and arrange the potatoes in a single layer.
  2. Cook at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 14 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes.
  3. Depending on your air fryer, you may need to cook the potatoes in batches.
Serving
  1. Once cooked, sprinkle parsley and Parmesan cheese (if using) over the potatoes and toss well.
  2. For a dip, combine sour cream, minced garlic, lemon juice, chives, and season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

To elevate the flavor, try different seasonings like smoked paprika. Ensure potatoes are dry for crispiness. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
